Insanity Infomercial!!!

I don't know where to start, mainly because I feel as though I've neglected my blog for so long. It isn't because I haven't wanted to post anything, I have just been blessed with so many things lately that I haven't had time to put it all into words. So I guess I will chunk things in categories.

Fitness: I just completed Phase I of RevAbs. I hate to be too critical of my Beachbody workouts, but compared to what I loved about Insanity and Asylum, I think I have lost some definition in my upper body. My arms do get challenged with the weights I choose to use during the moves, but I just am not getting an overall workout from head to toe with RevAbs. I hope things change in Phase II, or I am going to have to stop, or at least mix in some P90X so I can work on upper body more. So I'll have to update this blog again soon.

Support: My TnT Fitness page on facebook continues to grow, which means that I am effectively helping other people change their lives for the better. I am so happy to see all the positive responses I get from the comments people are making on that page. I have also seen my team of coaches grow at a rapid pace, almost doubling in size over the last month. I am overwhelmed by the potential I see in the future of my business as well as in the health of the people I care about.

Opportunity: Just the other day I received a call from Dolores Thompson at Beachbody. She is in charge of putting the Insanity Infomercial together, and wants me to be in it. I can't explain how exciting this is to me. I know exactly how much hard work I put into the workouts, and to be rewarded like this for my efforts is truly amazing. Things are going so well, and I hope I can keep this momentum going.
