Matt & Leslie's Beachbody Challenge!!!

Here's the deal...We will be hosting THREE 30 day Beachbody Challenges, all starting on Monday, November 14, 2011

Requirements:

1. You will be replacing one meal a day with Shakeology
2. You will be committing to one of the following programs:  P90X, Ten Minute Trainer or Brazil Butt Lift
3. You will post on the event wall EVERY DAY

The groups will be limited to FIVE people only.  By doing this, you will create a bond, so to speak with the other four doing the challenge with you.  It also allows me to be able to work more closely with you all.  It is extremely important that you all be fully committed to this challenge.  You will each be able to push each other and help motivate the group!  It is a proven fact that it takes 21 days to create a habit...what a better habit then exercise and good nutrition?!  Let me help steer you down that path for 30 days...

Here is my Challenge to you:

1. DECIDE you are ready to make a change in your life.
2. COMMIT to the program of your choice:  P90X, Insanity or Brazil Butt Lift
3. COMMIT to replacing one meal a day with Shakeology. Choice of Chocolate or Greenberry (Tropical coming in January)
4. COMMIT to a small group of people that will help keep you focused, motivated and energized for 30 days and CHECK in EVERY Day!
5. SUCCEED!!!

P90X2 Pre-order Information

 

Are you guys ready for P90X2? This is going to be a program that sets a whole new standard for home workout programs. This program is going to test your ability to push yourself to the next level, and will get you in better all around shape than any other program on the market today.


Anyways, I found out some more information about the P90X2 pre-order, and I’m happy to say that they are right on track with what they have been talking about, and the pre-order is set to begin on September 1st! Once you pre-order, they are planning on shipping everything out in December, so you should be getting it before Christmas, just in time to begin on Jan. 1!

OK, so here is some more information I found out about P90X2.

• P90X2 is divided into 3 phases just as the original P90X, but this time you control how long you stay in each phase. The 1st Phase is Foundation, and it trains your muscles to be more balanced by activating stabilization muscles. The 2nd Phase is Strength, allowing you to get stronger and more explosive by using a combination of balance and strength routines at the same time. The 3rd Phase is Performance, and well, it increases just that, performance, allowing you to jump higher and run faster.
• Improved Nutrition Guide, with a ton of different diet plan options, such as for people who are Vegan and Vegetarian.
• P90x2 Equipment: Pull-Up Bar, dumbbells or resistance bands, medicine balls, foam roller, stability ball, PowerStands (optional), and a Yoga Mat (optional).

• P90X 2 Base Kit: 13 disks: Bring it again, X2 Core, Plyocide, X2 Recovery & Mobility, X2 Total Body, X2 Yoga (60 min now), Balance & Power, Chest, Back & Balance, X2 Shoulders & Arms, Base & Back, P.A.P. My Birthday Wish

Today I celebrate my 34th birthday.  It seems so weird to say 34, mainly because I truly feel like I'm in my early 20's...actually, I feel better than when I was in my early 20's. Back then, I was beginning my teaching career and tipping the scales at over 200 lbs, but I still thought I was in shape. How wrong I was. Fast forward 10 years and I find myself in so much better of a place with my health, happiness, and life in general. I love spending time playing with my boys and my wife and I feel better not only about each other but about our future as a whole. And just 2 weeks ago I was pitching against a familiar team and the manager comes over to me and says, " I don't know what you've been doing, but you are throwing harder against us now than you were 4 years ago. I can't thank Beachbody enough for what their products have done for me and my wife, and what the business opportunity has brought into our lives. Sure the money is good, but the relationships we have build with other coaches and the people we have influenced to become active in their journey toward health and fitness. It feels so good to pay it forward, you just cannot put a price on it.

I do hear it a lot from people who think I am only in this for the money. What I have to say to them is the small commission I get from an individual buying P90X from me pales in comparison to the tears of joy I get to experience from them when they tell me the doctor told them they were no longer obese, or that they don't have to take a particular medication anymore because their health has improved so much. I offer a fit club for free every Tuesday night, no obligation, no business presentation...just a great workout with a bunch of other folks that could use some extra support or simply enjoy walking the same path as others in similar situations and sharing community together. I truly don't care if you are using a Beachbody product or not. Sure, I'd prefer it, but if something is working for you and you are spreading the good word to others, that is all I can ask of you. 2 out of every 3 people in this country are obese or overweight, I don't need to make everyone a customer, but I want to make everyone aware of this crisis. I am trying to do my part, and I could use as much help as possible.
