Insanity: The Asylum - Day 16

Yesterday I did Vertical Plyo and I did notice improvement over the last time I did this workout. I also had a little motivation about half-way through as my 5 year old son joined me for some jumps and back fly lunges. It's great that my boys are watching me and really noticing the example I am trying to set for them, especially when they want to jump in and try some of the moves. It really is a great feeling. On the negative side, during one of the moves where you jump up and down on one foot, I felt a pain on the inner part of my left ankle that I am a little concerned about. Going to definitely have to pay attention to that over the next few days. Keep Diggin folks.
