Insanity: The Asylum - Day 3

Back to Core should have been named Back to Bed. This workout is no joke and I am seriously tired. I barely have the strength and brainpower to complete this post, so I will be brief. No weights or fast movements are involved in this workout, but you get every bit of a hard-core workout that you would expect from something called Asylum. I used muscles in my lower back that I didn't even know were there. I definitely have a lot to improve on in this one, especially since it really helps to identify weak areas that you have in your core. I hope to improve next time this workout comes up.
